Fraternity tiers 21' (in no order)

ZBT / Sammy / KA

Phi Sig / Pike

Top three have been top tier for quite a while now and are pretty much on the same level. Mid three are all lacking in one area (relations, parties etc.) but are similar. Pike and Phi Siq still have some ways to go.

Kappa Alpha has less than 30 members. Sorry but you are not relevant, even if all of your guys were perfect (which they are far from) you can’t be ranked above say Phi Delt, with those numbers
