Tier Rankings for frats and srats

Top:
Sig chi/tke/lambda
Kappa/DG/pi phi
Not much controversy here imo. It’s pretty clear that these are the top houses and nothing will change unless any of the frats get kicked off
Lower top void:
Sammy
Theta
Sammy is here by default after snu got kicked off. Nowhere near the houses above but better than those below. Overall, in a tier of their own
Argument for theta and pi phi to be switched but pi phi has better frat relations. Theta also closest to Sammy so makes sense to put them here
Upper mid:
Zbt/pike/phi sig
Aphi/Tri delt/adpi
Upper mid log jam. Zbt, pike and phi sig are all basically the same, just depends on who you like more. Zbt and pike have better sorority relations but phi sig has better parties
Aphi is dope, Tri delt and adpi both below Aphi but fairly even lately
Lower Mid:
Phi delt/chi phi
Gphi
Phi delt has their groupies, chi phi throws decent parties. Both kinda meh
Gphi is also meh, pretty stagnant as far as I’m aware
Bottom:
Kappa sig
Axo
Rest
