why is gamma phi beta ranked lower than adpi?

maybe historically gphi is under adpi, but I agree with what one other person said earlier in the thread--despite history being on adpi's side, I can see gamma phi rising up. the good thing about this is that I don't think it's because of adpi slipping at all--both of the houses are filled with really great girls, and the same awesome PNMs will continue to seek out both houses, but I just think the quality of gamma phi has the potential to increase a lot in the next couple rushes. their presence on campus is getting significantly better this year, and it would be really awesome for them if that trend continues.

Nobody's debating that Panhellenic women are smart. We're so lucky to have so many intelligent and hard-working women on the row!!

Glad to see so many positive comments here about both ADPi and Gamma Phi, they are both great houses with terrific girls. Any girl in either house would have a terrific experience in either house or many other houses on the Row. I just didn't understand the "historically ADPi is better" comment-- what, the last 2 years before this year's pledge class? Or what? Things change, and I think its best not to judge, and that we should all be less judgmental and just enjoy our 4 years here and meet as many people as we can, be involved in groups on campus, and engage in our classes, and do our best academically. That's what's going to matter after we graduate-- to prospective employers and candidly, to everyone else we encounter.

that's because adpis are prude and phi delta are, well, ;)
