So is the area around USC safe? I assume it's safe if you are white. If you are black or hispanic, you are definitely getting pressed if you walk in the wrong block

Help me to understand this stupid post.. Criminals avoid white people? Is that your claim? Black and Hispanic (I prefer LatinX because most Hispanic people don't know what it means) are more at risk to crime merely by their skin color?
