1. Sig Chi/ Lambda/ TKE (it’s pretty clear that these are the top houses even thought lambda is getting a lot of hate recently
2. Sig Nu (In a league of its own, not close to top houses but not close to the houses below it either)
3. Pike/ Sammy/ ZBT (No matter which way you spin it these houses are the top of the middle tier)
4. Phi Sig/ KA (AEPI used to be in the same tier as Sig Nu, but after they lost the name they went downhill)
5. Rest
