rushing sorority in the fall

So I deferred and took two gap years to live in Europe before college and will be going to SC in the fall. I'm not actually that much older (20) but I'm considering rushing a sorority in the fall. Will I really seem that much older than pnms? it's only two years

a lot of houses will drop the first day because of your age, but not all. If you have an open mind, you will get a house.

there are some girls that join and 22/23 isn. Have an open mind for sure. There will be some sororities that discriminate based on age (they will never admit it), but you should find something.

Some PNMs are juniors and many are sophomores so you will not seem so old. Sororities are more concerned with how long you will be a member of their house, i.e., freshmen who have 4 years are the most desirable.

there are a few houses that will drop you, but most will give you a chance. Go for it!!!
