Sigma Chi New House

Alumni are talking big and the new Sig Chi frat house will be top-notch. They expect to be fully completed and ready for move-in sometime in 2030. Can't wait for the new gang showers!

The new Lambda house has been in the works for a number of years and will be fully completed long before 2030. After amassing a huge pile of cash, Lambda will be building true fraternity house while sigma chi apparently intends to stack shipping containers and park old RVs in the parking lot and call it a frat house. Sounds like a homeless shelter to me...
