They live in the old beta house right behind Kappa. Really dope house but they’re only going to be there this semester. Their new house is the old aepi house and is being remodeled they reportedly are spending 2M on renovations. They paired up with Sammy because it’s USCs policy now that houses need to do joint tailgates. Delta/Chi phi + KapSig/Phisig and I forgot who Phi delt did it with. I don’t think lambda/sx/tke paired up with anyone so idk how thag worked out
