TKE or Sammy in SP22?
by: AmyBWhich house is better? Trying to decide which bids I'll accept come spring. I hear TKE is top house on the row, but I know a bunch of Sammys who seem like cool guys. I'll stay away from SX and LX. I hear both those houses are rapidly falling apart.

PWGs are @ 1 in 15 in last Spring's sorority PCs.
It was 1 in 3 ten years ago.
Take many pictures of them, so we can remember what they looked like... 🦄
