who has the new house on the row?

The really pretty one that was just unveiled? I know it was AK Psi but my friend is in that frat and he said they don't have one anymore...I was thinking it might be Part I of The Row House thing they're building?

It's the new part of the row house. Wait for the second part though by TKE, it'll be prettier. :)

Hahah yeah. I guess you have to cut them some slack, it's probably one or two girls making them all look bad...or if other people are saying that that aren't AGD it's cuz the house is all anyone really knows about right now

I think the new house is an eyesore... definitely isn't pretty and traditional like the rest of the sororities on the row. Maybe the inside is nice?

It's not an eyesore, it's gorgeous actually. But anyway, the outsides isn't completely finished yet, it will be finished in a few weeks, they still have to add to the front yard and add grass and flowers and stuff

I think they nailed the influences of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture which was common during youth of LA.
