Dues for mid tier

TKE is a top 3 house and their dues are 2.6k per semester. I’m guessing dues for mid tier houses like Pike,zbt, etc are sub 2k... is that right?

Lambda is around $5k per semester but it includes perks you can't get at any other frat. Everything is top tier and worth twice as much

Not with all the $kimming we experienced last year.
Chapter Officers made out well.

Greek Chapters are ALL Ponzi $kimming schemes.
You figure that out by your second sophomore semester.

ALL Greek Chapters are ripe for $kimming. There is no accountability for their financial credibility. No required audits or financial oversight. A Chapter ca$h rich petty ca$h account ripe for $kimming.
