Basic tier list of frats, some variation between the orders in each tier but it’s generally accepted that these are the tiers:

Top:
Sig chi
Tke
Lambda
Sig nu

Mid:
Sammy
Phi sig
Zbt
Pike

Lower:
Chi phi
Phi delt
Kappa sig

I think it makes sense, zbt doesn’t have a house or they’re moving into the old beta house off the row or something and phi sig is def better than pike…

The truth is that the top 4 houses are relatively interchangeable and party with whoever they want. there’s a big drop off after the top tier tho

There are only TWO fraternities at the top and no matter how hard TKE and even SNU want to be spoken in the same sentence with Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi they are no way on the same level as Lambda/Sig hi.. HUGE gap after those two and the only fight is who starts the top of the middle tier? Is it TKE or SN?
