That's a bunch of BS. There are wealthy kids everywhere in the SC greek system. The single richest guy (by a long shot) on the row is a PhiSig, not Lambda Chi. Sigma Chi probably has the highest overall net worth. It's just not douchey nuevo Orange County money.
