2021 Frat Ranks Based on PCs

Top:
TKE / Sig Chi
Sig Nu
These three got the best PCs, only a few guys took a bid from a house below the top 3 if they got offered one from one of these 3. Yes Sig chi has the slightly better sorority relationships, but TKE is better in almost every other way that it doesn’t really matter.

Upper:
Sammy
ZBT / Phi Sig
From what I’ve heard the majority of pledges Sammy, ZBT, and Phi Sig have all three houses targeted. I know plenty of kids with phi sig bids who took ZBT, Sammy bids who took phi sig, etc.

Mid:
Pike
Phi Delt
My friends in both houses said they think they did alright, pike seems to have done a bit better.

Low mid:
Chi Phi
Kappa Sig

I did hear that Chi Phi was getting some pledges phi delt wanted so I think they are definitely improving. Idk much about ksig not really close with any of those guys to much either.

Bottom:
DTD
Phi Tau
KA
Beta
Eh. Idk how any of these houses did, don’t know many people in any of them.

Suspension: aepi, lambda

After suspension I think Lxa will still be at the top but aepi is no longer going to be Sammy/Snu level.

Friend had a mixer with them the other night. She said it’s probably the best they’ve ever had. Apparently they got like 30-40 guys and the ones she talked to were between phi sig and other solid houses (Sammy, zbt) in their top 2 but ended up going phi sig

Chi phi did much better than phi delt. They have left Ksig tier.

Disagree. I don’t know a single girl that makes a distinction between the two tbh. Both have been better than the ex-fraternity that used to be known as lambda for a long time.

I don't know about Sigma Chi racism but they have always had a rep for being the "slow" bros not quite up to current SC standards. Haven't met one yet that has impressed me with his intelligence

I’ve had a few in classes (Viterbi) and that definitely hasn’t been my experience. They are usually great to work with on group projects. Maybe it’s just that us Viterbi kids are just built different.
