Real 2021 Frat Rankings

Forget reps from 3 years ago, these are the 2021 rankings. Some of you might not like them but after being on campus last 2 semesters and not being blind this is what they really are
Sig Chi/LXA- the top. Sig Chi maybe slightly ahead since lambda doesnt have a spring pc. They will be even again in fall
SNU/TKE- just below top, great houses. attractive guys in both houses, lots of fun. SNU rising, TKE holding
Sammy- tbh rudest guys on the row. Bring back old sammy you suck rn. Holding
ZBT- fun guys, huge house, new house will be interesting. Always throw great parties but a few weirdos in house since they have giant pcs. Basically filling in aepi old spot. Rising
Pike- havent done anything in years and still meh rep idk why they arent lower. Falling
Chi Phi- nice guys, kinda old sammy vibes w more crazy. Rising
Phi Delt- stayed the same for years. Amazing guys but not social climby or partiers so they dont rise. Holding
Phi Sig- they have like 30 brothers now but the guys that are left are cool. BOB was top 3 party in spring. Fell/Recovering
Ksig- friendly guys but a lil awk. Self rankers on here. Holding
DTD- I don't know anyone in dtd. Holding
Phi Tau- bigger than new houses so ranked above. Holding
New Houses- hope u get pledges

phi sig is just ksig 2 now. Weird guys with bad leadership and no where to go
