Theta Reputation

Not as obsessed with social media as kappa, pi phi, and dg. Not that they don’t have plenty of girls who are, but it’s not a house thing. They have a really good sisterhood from what I’ve seen, good retention. They are 4th in grades and if you care about rankings are usually ranked 3rd or 4th depending on who is doing the ranking. Personally I’d put them up between dg and kappa, but I know people seem to be blind to kappa’s faults so I am in a minority

Theta is possibly the wokest of the sororities. The girls made a major and unrepairable mistake when they canned their alumni for not being woke enough last year. This house will drop and their facilities will no longer be top notch as a result.

Tbh it’s split house personality. All for the most part pretty, but half are really dedicated to school work and the other are super social and party a lot.
They are very particular when selecting new members cause they like a mix of social and smart. The other caveat is they are nice...for the most part.
