Phi Delt Reputation

They hang out with tri Delt and adpi a lot. Sometimes aphi and Gphi. Don’t worry about the nice guy rep, if girls dig u it doesn’t matter what house you’re in. But yeah that’s their sorority range.

I will say that yes Phi Delt is the “nice guy” house and girls really like them even if sometimes it’s in a friendzone way. But also you shouldn’t get hung up on reputation and you should rush your house based on the guys and where you fit best, and don’t worry about reputation/girls as much.

They have a lot of nice guys, but that's only a fraction of the house. Many guys in the house that are pretty stereotypical frat boys, but are just more down to earth. They are always hanging out with girls, seem to have a stronger brotherhood than most houses on the row, and car about things other than just drinking. If your gonna judge those guys, or phi sig or, pike of reputation and Greek rank, you will never have a good understanding of the house

Worry about the brotherhood and not the girls. Women don’t care what house you belong to. They care if you are a good person.

Phi Delt SUCKS

Phi Delt is a good frat if you are exploring your identity. It's one of the few house that doesn't judge you for being different or changing your mind. Be who you want to be today and something else tomorrow. It's the way of the new normal in our society and I am happy Phi Delt has been one of the first frats to embrace total diversity and inclusion on not just skin color

Pretty fruity guys

I’ve seen multiple comments on this page get deleted by phi delt. THEY ARE A DRY HOUSE. Don’t let anyone tell u anything else. If Nationals or DPS sees a single beer in the chapter house they will instantly be booted from the row.
