A house is not just the current girls or guys. It's a group that includes all the alums who made it happen and those yet to come. It stupid for the current girls to think it theirs. They are just the current inhabitants. They completely blew it and have already killed their house(s). In a few years when someone asks them what happened to Theta or Tridelt, they will hopefully take responsibility for immature stupidity. However, they won't but the rest of know what they did and how their actions destroyed it for everyone...

Sororities and fraternities owe everything to tradition as does USC. If you think otherwise, you should not be part of the Greek system.
Greek organizations aren't political and have nothing to do with societies problems real or imagined. They are about brotherhood and sisterhood and a share experience.
The for sale sign next to Theta is all you need to know about Theta. When the property sells, Theta gets nothing, not a penny. I hope the person that gets all the money (millions), spends it on something that makes her happy. Enjoy madam and you will always have my respect!

since you sound sincere, please answer a few questions so I can understand your level of wokeness:
How many genders were there in 1950 and how many today?
Will your woke sorority take guys who say they are women?
Can these "girls" live in your house as "sisters" and take showers and enjoy the late night pillow fights in their panties?
If you are truly woke, all this should be fine. If not, you really aren't woke.

all this tension shows why the greek system is outdated. Time to move to eating clubs or other such organizations based on more modern criteria such as wealth and looks.
