I think this is accurate, even though I am a TKE I admit if I received a bid from Lambda or Sigma Chi I would definitely have chosen one of them, they have the best looking guys and just interact with the top sororities. But if you can't get into either TKE is right behind>

Seems like a scared ZBT sheep is jealous they are losing their house (literally a huge sign outside of ZBT saying ZBT IS MOVING) as opposed to Phi Sig and other houses who actually own their houses

Phi sig may have wiggled out of university trouble from one incident but it and other issues have killed them. Phi sig is dead this site needs to know. The whole brotherhood gets on and likes their posts

^One of the brothers got in huge trouble so a ton of other brothers ended up leaving. It’s public knowledge, your friend in Phisig probably won’t tell you much because they’re all over this site trying to cover it up by self ranking and deleting the truth. You can blame ZBT, Sammy, Pike, KSig etc all you want but it won’t change the truth
