Ok lets be honest. We all got rejected from top 10 universities but we still rock as the top 10% of our high schools. We are smart and will likely surpass the nerds as we have social skills

I got into a couple other ivys- and 1 on a full ride, but USC is way sicker than any of those schools.

I don't think anyone would choose USC over an Ivy but I do think that USC kids have more spirit and personality.

I know at least 5 kids, including myself, who chose USC over ivies. Reasons vary, but it happens. Ivies aren't the end all unless you wanna go into finance or something like that.

In my case, I applied to Cornell, got accepted and chose USC because it's better for my major.
