tri delt or pi phi? legacy to both which is better

Both houses are pretty laid back and out going. Tridelt is more laid back so they mix with laid back houses (mostly middle frats who have nice guys) Pi Phi is more out going and are focused on social rankings so they oftan mix with top frats when the frats can't get DG or Kappa mixers. Both houses party hard, but If you are looking for sisterhood and going more deep into Greek ritual and the sororities moral focus, tridelt is probably the way to go. If you are looking for beautiful Orange County friends, gorgeous house, hotter (but not always as nice) guys, ect. Pi phi might suit you better

Tridelt is the way to go! They had a great pledge class last year and are on the rise! They also just remodeled their beautiful house. Tridelt has really great, funny and cute girls who are actually friends! Tridelt is the way to go!

Pi phi was really good at one point but really slipped within the past couple of years

I personally would go tridelt between the two! there are a lot of cute girls and the ones I know are hilarious and chill

agreed, tridelt got a lot of cute girls this year... pi phi was once a top house so they cling to that rep but, in my opinion they are on the fall while tridelt is on the rise

Always go higher in tier, it always pays off socially

Pi Phi's fall 13' pledge class was no up to Pi Phi Standard. That being said, Pi Phi still has a better reputation than Tri Delt. If you care about reputation, go Pi Phi. They did homecoming with Sig Chi(Top Tier) and they are considered one of the top 4 sororities by almost everyone. People point out on this thread that Tri Delts dont care as much about reputation, but the truth is, sorority girls dont care as much about reputation because it is so much harder for sororities to change their rank in short amounts of time. The only change I can see in the next few years is Alpha Phi Passing Pi Phi and maybe ADPi getting the upper hand on Tri Delt. The current "accepted" ranking
