tri delt or pi phi? legacy to both which is better

I'm transferring to SC in the spring, and I'm going to rush when I get here, but I'm curious which house is better: tri delt or pi phi? My mom was tri delt but my aunt was pi phi. im a legacy to both. I asked some of my Greek friends at SC and they say that they're pretty similar.. But that tri delt is rising and pi phi is slipping. Which one has a better sisterhood and reputation? Thanks in advance.

tri delt does have a lot of pretty girls and did really well this year... pi phi, on the other hand is dropping fast

Go with neither. Try something else like Theta or ADPi. Phi Pi are slipping social climbers.... Tri Delt isn't bad and they're rising but sometimes they're referred to as basic... don't follow your legacy tbh.
