tri delt or pi phi? legacy to both which is better

I'm transferring to SC in the spring, and I'm going to rush when I get here, but I'm curious which house is better: tri delt or pi phi? My mom was tri delt but my aunt was pi phi. im a legacy to both. I asked some of my Greek friends at SC and they say that they're pretty similar.. But that tri delt is rising and pi phi is slipping. Which one has a better sisterhood and reputation? Thanks in advance.

tri delt does have a lot of pretty girls and did really well this year... pi phi, on the other hand is dropping fast

pi phi is not top. it's uppper midlde, but definitely not top. Just being honest. The top houses are: Kappa, Dg, Theta.

uh no just as many people hate on kappa the difference is there aren't 129,201,208 pi phi's on the site continually putting those people in their place. you can repeat it here all you want and convince all of greek rank that it isn't but you're not convincing the frats or anybody else. top 4

Um how is that the general consensus? Did everyone get together and vote? submit surveys? Did every student get asked? Every Greek member? Heck, even one member from each house?

Go with neither. Try something else like Theta or ADPi. Phi Pi are slipping social climbers.... Tri Delt isn't bad and they're rising but sometimes they're referred to as basic... don't follow your legacy tbh.
