Should I rush as a junior?

I didn't rush my freshman year because I was shy as an international student, but rushed my sophomore year and really vibed w aphi and pi phi but got dropped by both before pref, so I dropped the process. I'm gonna graduate in Fall '23 tho so I'd like to have a sisterhood for the 3 years I have left at USC. Does it make sense to rush again as a junior next semester?
