How hard is it to get a TKE bid?

Im rushing this fall and want to get a TKE bid. I get Lambda and sig chi might be top, but how hard is it to get a TKE bid, and in comparison with other top houses

TKE is known to give everyone a bid as they walk into their door. EVERY SINGLE member of EVERY SINGLE fraternity at USC also received a bid from TKE
