This is the best ranking I've seen. You can switch up a couple within tiers however.

ummm.... there is NO way that AEPi is middle tier and TKE/ZBT are top tier. I'd put AEPi before SAE

This is how it is in my opinion

Top: Phi psi, sigma chi, lambda,
Middle: Tke, aepi, sig nu, beta, zbt
Lower: Everyone else
