sae house: likely scenarios

Based on what I am hearing from several sources, SAE Nationals and USC are going to work out some kind of temporary revoked charter deal. SAE Nationals wants 2 years, USC wants 4 years. So SAE is gone, its just a question of for how long. SAE owns their house, so they are definitely coming back. The question is - who takes the SAE house while they are gone?
Most Likely: Kappa Alpha. They recolonized a few years back and need a house on the row to grow. This is the most likely candidate.
Somewhat likely: Theta Chi. They lost their house on Portland. they need another one. Might not have the money.
Wild Card: TKE. Rumors have it that they are actively looking for a third house. They have major alumni money. Not likely, because SAE wouldn't want to do it, but a possibility.

they're getting their charter revoked for a couple of years because someone fell off a table at a party and got injured? A couple of people are checked into the hospital for excess alcohol consumption and that's enough for a suspension of their charter? Is that it?

Seriously, according to charges, there's nothing SAE did that all the frats don't do. "Amplified music," unauthorized party with alcohol and underaged drinking" PUH-leeze. This is nonsense-- SAE shouldn't be made an example of for some drunk girl falling of a table, unless she was intentionally pushed by an SAE. For those of you so misguided as to be cheering for SAE's demise, the "nanny" mentality minions will move on you next. Nikias seems to zero tolerance for the Row.

Greek life can suck it. How are we not going to party on a Thursday, with a football game? It was a private party and what happened is no ones business but the ours. Don't worry about it and Go Trojans!

The charges SC is laying at the feet of SAE is several pages long.
The main items are:
Unauthorized party with alcohol and amplified music
Underage drinking
Unsafe conditions leading to injury
SC is going to make an example of them.
