To be clear I don’t individually hate these people or even really know them. But it’s dumb how they’re supposed to be “soooo cool” cuz they’re famous or whatever. A lot of these people are stupid af and got in from legacy and are just a bad look for USC. I respect the hard working kids that grinded to be in here. Greek life values “status” way too much

^ Lol you’re sadly so wrong, it’s not just trolls here. Administration orders special treatment for students who are any combo of donor/legacy/famous. A lot of impressionable freshmen who want their “lifestyle” or are fans of them from YT or social media treat them like gods too. The top srats have huge competition just trying to recruit so called “elites” too and the list goes on.... OJ is a bad example since she’s more of a joke now but before the scandal she was put on a pedestal and it’s NOT just her OP is talking about anyway

No ??? Is right. Idc what the administration thinks. The average USC student doesn’t give a crap about influencers at the school. I’ve been here 3 years and even in Greek life no one was that hyped by her except Kappa.

what? if you honestly don’t think your social status including greek life prospects is often very directly connected to your fame, net worth, looks etc so you either don’t go here or don’t understand your privilege. I’m a junior and would say just because the average usc doesn’t genuinely like these people doesn’t mean they don’t get special treatment from others

Just want to say, in all earnestness, that I generally agree with the principle statement of this post, but you'd be surprised to find some of the 'billionaire class', are some of the best people you'll ever meet and it's not hard to see how those people's parents kicked so much ass.

They’re all very stuck up although I haven’t had the “honor” of meeting Gigi actually but more obvious to me is the stupidity- my god Olivia Jade is possibly the dumbest girl I’ve EVER met at usc and I’ve met a shocking number of dumb students.
