Sammy zbt - theta Aphi Tri delt
Phi Sig pike - Aphi Tri delt adpi
(all of the above sometimes mix with higher houses)
Phi delt - Tri delt adpi Gphi
Kappa sig chi phi - adpi gphi Axo
Dtd phi tau - axo

Ok I made the first post and someone is obviously mad about something I said. I’m in Greek life at usc and I’m fairly positive everything I said is accurate save for a couple of houses

Not accurate^^ maybe 3 years ago but this is from this semester
Also tridelt had a social with lambda and adpi had a social with sig chi so both hit tops at least once this semester

everybody who's anybody knows that phi sig is the most exclusive house on the row. they only mix with other top tier frats such as sigma chi and tke. my lambda brothers and I are working on hopefully securing a mixer with them in the fall
