AEPI under investigation?

I read on the greek life USC website that Aepi was under investigation by SJACS and they can’t host “chapter operations” until this is done. This website seems to be updated regularly so is this true? Are they about to lose recognition

go look at the “chapter conduct and judicial” section on the official USC greeklife site.

Weird cause it says it was last updated April 2020
