Under/overrated

I’m not saying the usual rankings should change but in general these are the houses that get too much hype or not enough hype.

Sororities:
Underrated:
Theta, pi phi, axo
Just fine:
DG, Kappa, tri delt
Overrated:
Aphi, adpi, gphi

Frats:
Overrated:
Lambda, snu, zbt, phi sig, phi delt
Underrated:
Tke, sammy, chi phi, dtd
Just fine:
Sig chi, aepi, kap sig, phi tau
