what? i think this is pretty accurate. i mean sigma nu could be argued bc they got in trouble and of social probation but general consensus is its better than kappa sig and way better than beta.

CUT IT OUT. Obviously you guys are all in a frat and teaming up against certain houses. I think you'll find my ranking very accurate and general consensus, but here goes
Sig Chi>Lambda/Phi Psi>AEPi/TKE/SAE>Sigma Nu/ZBT>Kappa Sig/Beta

No offense, but you can't really deny this order. I know who these frats mix with (my roommate is a social chair in a certain house) and this is based on how popular they are among girls. Thats what matters anyways right? Girls preference dictate fraternity rankings

disagree. where is your Sigma Nu ranking coming from? its way too high. They are average at best and not better than ZBT, Kappa Sig or pike. Other thing is TKE. No way they are below SAE. Have you compared the pledge classes? I think AEPi and TKE are close and can see some girls going one way or the other. I also like Phi Psi better than Lambda, so here it is:
Sig Chi > Phi Psi > Lambda > TKE > AE Pi > SAE> ZBT > Pike > Kappa Sig > Sigma Nu

@ above. uhhhhhhhh theres no way that TKE is above SAE. SAE's pledge class is so hot. Also, Sigma Nu is ranked at ZBT or above (it was solid higher last year, they've slipped a little). You have no idea. Definitely in a competing frat.

you are right, sae is so popular that they have no top tier sorority who wants to go to homecoming with them.
