mid tier fraternity movement

There seems to be alot of talk about Pike, Sigma Nu, and ZBT.
Are these frats going up or down? How are their pledge classes/social calendars..

Pike has a pledge class of around 20ish. Their social calendar has been good so far (they had dg last week). Their pledge class is a little small for them though. They are all seniors.

ZBT has a good pledge class but all their good kids are going to drop (like last year)

Sigma nu has the worst pledge class of the bunch.

Why do ZBT's good kids drop? And what's wrong with Sigma Nu's pledge class haha. I haven't seen/talked to them.. Didnt they just have a mixer with DG though?

Pike is not middle tier with these other houses. They are top three or better.

no zbt is already losing lots of guys according to friends i know who know these pledges. i think they have a tendency to try wayyy to hard.

their social probation and semi-weak pledge class is bringing them down. Some internal problems as well.
