Sammy and phi sig are pretty much interchangeable. Sammy has been self ranking for ages to get to this point, just like phi sig. Both houses are pretty much known for their parties which are on par with each other

phi sig is definitely having a standout semester, but the dudes are still kinda weird overall
Sammy has had consistent great parties and pledge classes for 3 or 4 semesters, phi sig isn’t comparable yet

Move TKE down behind SN no one considers TKE in the same tier as Lambda and SX. TKE is a middle tier frat that keeps self ranking into the top tier.
