thoughts on phi delt?

Is Phi Delt a good house? Don't hear too much about them on here.

Lower middle tier but truly awesome dudes. “Fratty” but are respectful, involved, and kind. They mix with gphi, tri delt and adpi.

Tri delt doesn't really show up to their events and most of their party attendees are axos, gphis, and geeds. Hard to imagine, but 3 years ago they were considered better than sammy, pike, and phi sig. Their restrictive dry house policy and location on the row prevent them from ever rising. Would not be surprised to see Kappa Sig or Chi Phi pass them soon if they can get their acts together.

Phi Delt is a big house for guys who like guys, if that’s your thing then that might be a good choice.
