I've always found them to be good nice guys who are fun. I like to start the Row at Phi Delt, get a few drinks at Beta and hang out a little bit, then go to the top houses. Solid middle tier I would think and doesn't seem to be insecure about it

Beta does no judge you like other houses. What you do in the privacy of your own room is your business. Wish more frats were like Beta.
