how to impress top houses

So I'm going to transfer into USC for next semester & I was wondering how should I act to impress the top fraternities on campus? what type of guys are they looking for? Also, my friend is an executive of one of the top houses on campus, & he is putting me on some of the party lists this semester. do you guys think its a good idea for me to party with the guys in these houses so I can have an edge come spring?

Honestly if you have to ask how to act you probably aren't gonna be in a top tier. Partying with the bros can help if you're fun to party with, or hurt if you suck.
