I figured it might go to SDT since AGD is fixing up whatever damage the business frat had done to the house they own, and there are no other sororities coming to USC...right?

If so, then wow good for them. If not, just a house for boarders or what?

If I was to guess, Pike will probably take it along with the old Sig Ep house. They have alumni with serious internet money
