Given that not one of the top houses has posted more than an Instagram picture of their pledge class, I am a little amused by how all these people are judging these pledge classes so proficiently. I am in a "top" house (for whatever that is worth) and the only girls I really recognize are the ones in our slideshow/the ones that were at pref, and they seem to be distributed in houses in a way that seems a little (but maybe not drastically) different than the "gospel truth" that seems to be promoted here. And I can't even begin to comment on the strength of the classes that we weren't directly competing against for girls.
So how do you all know this? Did you stalk and compile a list of all the girls in each pledge class and run regression models on Excel? Or did you come here with your own agenda about who was good and who wasn't? Judging the three girls on your floor isn't necessarily the best way to go about it when the pledge classes are 70 girls deep...

actually, alot of top houses have photos from bid night up... i guess these ones arent embarassed to show their girls: Kappa does, theta, alpha phi

Would you mind directing me to the Kappa and Theta pictures?? The reason I ask is that I see one picture of Kappa's pledge class where you can barely pick out the girls outside of the front few rows, and a video of Thetas dancing.

you can kind of tell whose happy and whose not based on facebook...... the sororities who are proud of their PCs have tons of pictures on their pages to promote
KKG (cute bid night pic)
Theta (bid night video)
Aphi (bid night album, retreat)
DDD (bid night pic, album, retreat, PC13 cover photo...)
ADPi (bid night pic, PC13 cover photo)
but...
DG (nothing since mid-august)
PiPhi (very quiet for a while)
GPhi (one pic from retreat)
kinda makes it clear who is pleased and who is not. Even SDT has more on facebook from rush '13 than dg or piphi lol

Actually Facebook is so yawn -- Instagram is the latest and Kappa, DG, Theta and Alpha Phi have all posted photos on there of Bid Night, Game Day. Didn't notice anything from the others, but maybe that's because they are old-school and only doing Facebook.

Well, aren't you quite the elitist. If the SDT or AXO are talented decorators, it shows they have better taste than you, as otherwise you'd be capable of decorating your own living room, instead of deferring to their superior taste and skills. And Greek Gawd is correct-- my mid-tier sister beat out a Kappa for a great job.

Come on -- A DG did NOT post that. A poster is on here bashing DG and then pretending to be DG and then bashing Theta and pretending to be Theta. Greek Rank needs to start having posters register and sign in before they can post. All credibility is list with anonymous posting...

From one that knows, all this sorority ranking is meaningless after graduation. As an example I should mention that one of the most successful women producers in Hollywood was in a what snobs would call a lower ranked house at SC. Miss anchors away may be hired to clean her toilet some day.
If I were miss anchors away I would befriend all the nice people she knows independent of what sorority they're in. Besides, the girls that do the dinging will probably end up looking like Roseanne Barr.
