Good ranks.
ZBT, Phi Delt, and AEPi have rly had the worst semesters in my opinion. AEPi new house screwed them, ZBT falling apart, and Phi Delt parties still okay but pledge classes failing

Lmao no, phi kappa tau is a joke. Their house isn’t even majority phi tau. DTD has a better house and at least have had more than 5 girls in their house before. Phi tau claims they had a mixer, more like a few friends getting together.
