suicide bidding

If I suicide bid I understand why that decreases my chances of getting a bid because I'm no longer guaranteed one, but does it decrease my chance of getting a bid from the house I want? As in does the house I pref see that I suicide bid them and drop me? Or am I just as likely to still get a bid from that house? I know this is risky and what not and I had to ask here instead of the RCs because they just tell me not to suicide.

Do NOT suicide! Rank the houses 1 & 2. If you don't get #1 and really don't fit with #2, you can always drop later.
Just tell your number #1 how much you love them, can see yourself there, etc. I think the system works against people who suicide.

Because you get put through the system multiple times until you get matched with a house, but if you only put one you only get out through the system once

If you would accept a bid from #2 under any circumstances, then do not list them on your bid card.

If you must be in a sorority, then maximize your options.

@ #3: If you do not match on the first pass then you were not on the sororities top pick list.
