sx-here to stay, like it or not
lxa-same as above, but below sx because of the annoying ass lambots on greekrank
tke- super solid house, clearly top. Gets a ton of cool guys and good relations
sn- house on the rise, great pc and improving relations. Fun parties and girls all love these guys. Not getting a homecoming was a debacle but doubt that will hold them back
sam- solidifying below sig nu thanks to new house and parties, good pc as well. Got some work to do on sorority relations, though
aepi- this house is falling fast. Crappy physical house and seems to be less popular with girls than past years. Parties have seemed beat. However, these guys still have great sorority relations keeping them afloat. HC with theta is big.
ZBT- house seems stagnant/falling. Poor mixers and somewhat beat parties, but still solid upper mid.
Pike- These guys throw some of the best parties on the row, but still have a sus rep. Their PCs have been improving though and the gap to ZBT is closing fast
Phi delt- solidfied their niche as a solid middle house with good relations to some sororities. Not going anywhere
Phi sig- new PC is encouraging and could see these guys improving their standing, though phi sig still has a ways to go
kappa sig- solid steps this semester with lots of social events. Improvements in rush and more parties can make these guys more and more relevant
Chi phi- merger with beta makes them a relevant house. On the rise for sure
Phi Tau- they have a house now. Only up from here
