Top:
SX (stable): not much need for an explanation, the blue-bloods of USC greek row.
Lambda (decline): Solidified sorority relations and reputation will only take them so far, without more organization and brotherhood they will likely drop a spot. Their parties have been controversial, either shutting down or kicking others out and the new PC reflects that.
TKE (upwards): Looks to take the second place soon, as they have a strong brotherhood and can pack the social semester with their sopro over. Also, they seem to be very successful in rush recently. Look out for their register.

Upper Mid:
Sig nu (upwards): sorry sig nu, you are not yet "lower top", a denied homecoming is evidence of that. However, still top of the upper mid pack with their brotherhood, parties, and sorority relations, relations that lower houses do not have or are in danger of losing.
Sammy (upwards): Also not close to lower top. Even with a new house, their position will not be solidified until next freshmen rush and the trajectory of their sorority relations showing itself, but at this point, their parties and PC have been quality, so we predict the factors resolving themselves.
AEPI (decline): AEPI is facing transitional weakness due to a less than desirable housing situation. If they manage to save their party scene with the new atrium then their old relations will keep them on a positive trajectory and refresh their new PCs.
ZBT (stable): This house has been in a slump it cannot get out of. It seems to always do alright in rush, but its relations have declined as their party scene plateaus.
Lower Mid:
Pike (upwards): Pike has all the tools to move up to upper mid, but has yet to fix one thing: its reputation. However, it does have a good capacity for party throwing, yet we will see how noise complaints limit that growth.
Phi Sig (upwards): Phi Sig has grown on a steep trajectory as it pushes its way onto the social scene of the row. They need to keep doing what they are doing to make it happen.
Phi Delt (decline): While Phi Sig has grown, Phi Delt has slumped. Look to see if their party space works with stricter policing, as parties are a prime way for lower houses to work up.
