Kap sig is the undisputed top house. GPA high af so you know they’re lit. Mixes with sororities like adpi and axo, actually just adpi and axo. Off campus parties? More like off the row parties because they were on sopro for a year. This house is leading the elite tier and is what lxa, sig chi, and tke aspire to be.

Phi Psi was the only house that was #1 in everything (except gpa), now houses aren't really well rounded just really good at one or two thing
