There are quantitative and qualitative aspects to a top party. Quantitative would be the attendance. Unless you actually attended each party and counted each guest, one can only estimate the size of the party. The buzz of the party is another factor, but built in bias will narrow your opinion. Qualitative might be the DJ or Artist or the venue. At the end of the day, what REALLY matters is the company. So if you attended a party with your friends, knew the hosts, enjoyed yourself on their dime, that is what counts. Good to see the ROW having four solid parties. The winner is the Row.
