Is informal recruitment still going on or will I just have to wait for spring?

You can reach out to the houses doing it but a lot of decisions have already been made so it might be too late

Reach out the houses that did NOT cut you to see if they are still doing secondary rush. The no bid list came out recently, so I would advise that you proactively rush the houses that did not cut you. Obviously if they want you, they will reach out to you first but it does not hurt being proactive. The Best approach is to reach out to guys you know in your remaining top 3, that did not cut you.
