What are the top Five Fraternity Houses (physical building rank)? Criteria is the building being updated, furnishings, entertaining area? Etc.

Where do you think Sigma Nu and Sigma Chi fall in order of top chapter (physical building) houses? Lamda Chi has a substandard Chapter house but kudos for them for being tier 1.
