greek tv show vs. real greek life at usc

Has anyone here seen the TV show about fraternities and sororities named GREEK? If so, how similar or different in culture is Greek life in USC versus in the TV show? Are there really fraternity and sorority rivalries? Do guys really get in fights over the same girl? Do girls really backstab their sorority sisters and sleep with each other's boyfriends?

I am asking because I will be a freshman at USC in the fall and just curious about Greek life here.
