is lambda chi going to tear down the old theta xi

Anyone know if Lambda Chi is tearing down the neighboring Theta Xi house that they purchased for their remodel Expansion. Is it going to be town down and the new house will expand over the Theta Xi footprint or will it be used as a “Satellite” house like TKE?

Is Theta Xi now empty? Never see anyone there. Actually I havnt seen any one there ever?, do they still exist?

This is insane. USC has to stop this. TKE already owns four properties on the row and they tried to buy lambda chi, they are turned down and called greedy by usc student life office that owns the property. You can't let one rich frat own everything.
