I'm starting in the fall but just drove down the row and saw nothing happening in terms of construction at the Lambda frat house. Are they building on another street? Their current house is pretty crappy compared with others. Can't believe that's a top frat...

First thing you need to know is that Jimbo the Lambda Chi Clown lies about everything related to Lambda. They are a second tier social club that barely gets by at SC. They make their bones here on GR and not in the real World
